Francesco Edoardo Vaccari is a young researcher within the team of Prof. P. Fattori at the University of Bologna.
His activity consists of basic brain research. In particular, he deals with electrophysiological data of the posterior parietal areas to understand the mechanisms underlying motor control. He is involved in training and laboratory activities. Aware of how delicate it is to work with experimental animals, he attends courses and meetings on animal care and bioethics. Regarding data analysis, he has experience with dimensionality reduction techniques, clustering and machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
He received his PhD in Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences from the University of Bologna in 2021.
Since 2023, he has taught Physiology at the Cesena campus of the University of Bologna.
