Professor Francesco Franceschetti, born in Rome on 30/03/46.
SPORTS MERITS:
In 1961 he began to practice athletics with the Sports Association Rome.
In the same year he received the record of the Lazio regional youth in the 600m (1'26 "6) and is 3rd in the Italian Championships in the same discipline.
1966 is the 11th Italian Absolute Championships in the 1500m. with the shirt of the University Sports Club of Rome.
From 1968 to 1971 athlete of the Gruppo Sportivo Carabinieri.
From 1972-74 is athlete of University Sports Centre Bolognese (CUSB).
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL:
In 1975 he graduated from the Higher Institute of Physical Education (ISEF) in Bologna.
In 1978 he became National Technical Specialist Athletics (middle distance).
In 1995 he graduated in Pedagogy at the University of Bologna.
In 1996, she specializes in Management for school leaders at the University of Bologna.
In 1997 he attended the specialization course in Sports Management ISEF in Florence.
ACTIVITY 'PROFESSIONAL:
From 1975 to 1999 he was Professor of Athletics at the Higher Institute of Physical Education in Bologna.
From 1975 to 2010 Teacher of Physical Education in Higher Institutes of Bologna.
From 1999 to 2012 Professor of Theory, Technology and Education of the Individual Sports at the Faculty of Sports Science of the University of Bologna.
In 2013 lecturer for teaching Ultimate Frisbee at the University of Bologna.
In 2013 lecturer for the teaching of "organization of recreational activities, games and sports" at the University of Bologna, Rimini campus
In 2014 and 2015 lecturer for teaching Ultimate Frisbee at the University of Bologna, Rimini and Bologna
In 2014 and 2015 lecturer for teaching "the technical organization of sports organizations"
POSITIONS HELD AND OFFICES HELD:
In 1974 he became head of the Athletics CUS Bologna.
In 1980 he became Regional Director of the Federation of Athletics.
In 1982 he became Vice-President of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Federation of Athletics.
From 1984 to 1992 he was Vice President FIDAL regional Emilia Romagna.
From 1993 to 1997 he was Provincial President FIDAL
In 1984 he organizes the National University Championships in Riccione (Rimini).
From 1985 to 2013, President of the University Sports Centre Bolognese (CUSB).
In 1988 organizes the World University Championships Cross.
From 1992 to 2008 he was Deputy Regional CUSI for Emilia Romagna.
From 1995 to 2005, member Central Committee CUSI.
In 1997 he was head of the Ceremonial and Protocol at the Universiade in Sicily.
From 1997 to 2001 he was Chairman of the Provincial CONI Bologna.
From 1997 to 2013, member Regional Council CONI Emilia Romagna.
In 1997 organizes the National University Championships in Rimini.
From 1999 to 2010, President of the Regional School of Sport of CONI Emilia Romagna.
From 1999 to 2002 he was in charge of the Research Center of the Federation of Sport Climbing.
Since 2004 he is head of the Centre for Studies and Training of the Italian Federation of Flying Disc
From 2005 to 2013, member of the Board of CUSI
In 2011 he was appointed Head of Delegation of representative national university at the Universiade in Bangkok
Since 2011 he has been President of the Italian Federation of Flying Disc
In 2013 he was elected President of Panathlon Bononia to Bologna
Over the years 2008-2010-2012-2014 participates representing Italy at the International Forum of the International University Sports Federation (FISU)
From 2014 to 2022 he was lecturer in charge of teaching "the technical organization of sports organizations"
In 2020 he received the Fair Play Award for having started Sport as an educational tool and the Ultimate-Frisbee
In 2022 he was elected Governor of the Emilia-Romagna and Marche area of Panathlon International
