Filippo earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bologna in 2021 and 2024, with a curriculum specialization in Mechanical design and modelling. During his master's thesis, he carried out an internship at IMA S.p.A., where he designed anti-sloshing trajectories for a pharmaceutical packaging machine. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanics and Advanced Engineering Science, at IRMA LAB, and collaborating with IMA S.p.A. to research the robotic handling of deformable objects.
