I’m a Biologist with a PhD in Animal Biology. My areas of interest are entomology, biodiversity conservation and landscape ecology.
Over the past 15 years, my research has primarily focused on arthropods. I investigate the impacts of climate and environmental changes on the conservation status of species, communities, and their associated habitats.
During my professional career
- I participated to 14 National and International projects aimed at the management and conservation of natural areas and/or rare species
- I wrote 24 manuscripts published to international peer-reviewed journals; 5 monograph and book chapters; 15 technical reports; 19 national and international proceedings
- I supervised 20 BSc and MSc degree thesis
- I successfully reviewed manuscripts for more than 30 international peer-reviewed journals
- I work as an associate editor for the international journal Biodiversity and Conservation.
