November 2022-current: PhD in Legal Sciences, disciplinary scientific sector IUS/15 - Judicial Organization and Civil Procedural Law, at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Bologna (XXXVIII cycle), with PNRR project on Italian office for the proceeding entitled "The revitalization of the Judicial Administration and the improvement of the synergy between judges and administrative staff" [supervisor: Prof. Daniele Cavallini and Prof. Elena Zucconi Galli Fonseca].

July 2022: Law degree cum laude with thesis in Constitutional Law entitled "Judicial association: critical profiles" [supervisor: Prof. Andrea Morrone].

August 2020-January 2021: Erasmus+ Program, Uppsala Universitet, Sweden.

  • Work experience

December 2022-current: Part-time research collaborator at the Institute of Legal Informatics and Judicial Systems of the National Research Center (IGSG-CNR) in Bologna.

September 2022-March 2024: Traineeship ex art. 73 d.l. 69/2013 - Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Bologna (final evaluation: excellent).

April 2022-July 2022: Legal internship in administrative law - "BonelliErede" law firm.

January 2022-April 2022: Multidisciplinary legal internship - Law firm "Hogan Lovells".

  • Academic activities

March 2024-current: Collaborator at Research Centre for Judicial Studies (CeSROG) in Bologna. 

May 2024: Didactic mentoring activities within the course "Civil Procedural Law" of the Faculty of Law of Bologna at the Prof. Elena Zucconi Galli Fonseca.

September 2023-May 2024: Member of the Scientific and Organizational Committee of the series of meetings "PNRR and Justice: results, limits and perspectives. A dialogue between research and institutions," organized by IGSG-CNR of Bologna in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Justice.

Multi-authored paper presentation "Judicial Association in Council of Europe Member States: How do they contribute to promoting Judicial Independence?"

December 19, 2023: Speaker at the seminar titled "Recent Law Proposals on Judicial Career Separation" held at Meeting Rome - IGSG-CNR, Bologna, Italy.

November 7, 2023: Speaker at the seminar titled "Commentary on E. A. Posner's essay "The regulation of groups: the influence of legal and non-legal sanctions on collective action" held at Meeting Room - IGSG-CNR in Bologna.

May 18, 2023 (repeated on May 31, 2024): seminar "Dispute resolution between A.I. and new databases: a reconnaissance of tool boxes for the legal professions" as part of the UNIBO Master's in Labor Law directed by Prof. Pizzoferrato.
