Short Bio

Associate Professor since 2024 and Morphophysiology and Sustainable Fruit Tree Managment lecturer at the University of Bologna. My research activity mainly focuses on temperate fruit tree nutrition with a special focus on the use of organic amendments. For students enrolled in Plant Morfophysiology (Viticulture and Enology), the meeting with prof. Baldi is at the Campus Food Sciences, Cesena, office 9, during the teaching semester (second semester) on Tuesday 10-11 am or any other days, by appointment only.

For students enrolled in Sustainable Fruit Tree managment (Land and Agro-Forestry Technologies) the meeting with prof. Baldi is at the main Campus of Bologna, Viale Fanin 36, office 27 during the teaching semester (first semester) on Wednesday 11-12 am or any other day, by appointment only.
