PhD in the History of Political Parties and Movements. From 2017 to 2023, he was a Research Fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies in Tourism (CAST) at the University of Bologna, and since March 2023, he has been a Fixed-Term Researcher in Economic History.
His research interests include topics such as generational transitions in businesses, the history of beach customs and traditions, and the phenomenon of enterprises linked to the automotive sector. He has been involved for years in the creation and implementation of cultural itineraries.
Since 2023, he has been working on the PNRR project CHANGES (Cultural Heritage Active Innovation for Nex-Gen Sustainable Society). His role involves coordinating activities, creating digital content, and developing new technology-driven itineraries to enhance two Parchi Letterari® (Literary Parks): the one dedicated to Carlo Levi in Aliano (following the traces of the novel Christ Stopped at Eboli) and the one dedicated to the 1926 Nobel Prize-winning writer Grazia Deledda (following the traces of the novel Reeds in the Wind).
