Technical and production manager for over 30 years of important cooperative and private wineries in Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Marche is currently administrator and technical consultant for the management, training of staff and technical and strategic support for Romagna wine-growing enterprises. In addition to the insights related to the quality of production, of particular interest are aspects linked to circular economies, multifunctionality and environmental protection.
TRAINING
Graduated in agricultural sciences with a biotechnology degree in 1976 from the University of Bologna, enologist. He has completed the training (1990-1991-1995) in techniques and methodologies of quality systems management as well as in corporate finance and management control at CORUM in Modena. In 1999 at the Tuscan Quality Centre, training on "Inspection Checks according to UNI EN 30011". In 1999 - 2000 - 2001 at C.S.A. Regione Emilia Romagna the training on GIS and low-impact techniques for restoration of hydrogeological faults and engineering naturalistic.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
From 1976 to 1979 at the Wine and Oenological Research Centre of Tebano in the management of experimental activities in oenology. from 1979 to 1996 the technical and production management of the Wine Cellar Cooperativa Vini di Romagna -forlì. From 1996 to 1999 at the Piccini group in Castellina in Chianti, the technical and quality assurance department of the Wineries and Wine Companies in Tuscany and Basilicata. From 1999 to 2003 he was a consultant at the agricultural and wine-growing companies of the Zamparini group in Tuscany, brands and Romagna . From 2003 to 2007 the General manager of the Agricultural Cooperative Brisighellese. Since 2007 Administrator and Professional Agricultural Entrepreneur at wineries in Romagna.
TEACHING ACTIVITIES
