Claudia is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource and Organization, Visiting Fellow at DTU (Denmark), and Co-Director of the Master in HR and Organization at BBS. She holds a Ph.D. from KTH (Sweden) and UPM (Spain), completed within a double doctoral program funded by the EU Commission.
Her research explores how technology-enabled ways of working are transforming managerial practices and collaborative dynamics, and how alternative forms of collective action emerge in response to crises, especially in healthcare.
Her work has been presented at leading international conferences, including the AoM and EGOS, and published in journals such as the Journal of Management, the International Journal of Management Reviews, and Health Care Management Review. Since 2022, she has also been involved in the PRIN project “When Struggles Develop Strengths: Transforming Learning in Innovation. An Analysis of Individuals, Teams, and Organizations.”
In addition to research, Claudia also teaches Organizational Behavior, Change Management, and Culture and Diversity Management across various levels and institutions.
