Full Professor in Constitutional and Public Law at the Department of Sociology and Law of Economics and an elected member of the Board of Governors of the University of Bologna (2024-2028). She teaches Public Law, Social Services Law, and Public Environmental Law, and focuses on the theme of Gender and Multilevel Governance, which is a central activity of the European project JM Module-GEMS, where she is the Principal Investigator. Her research mainly focuses on public intervention at the european, national, and local level, with a constitutional perspective in specific areas (public services, professional regulation, public finance, cohesion policy, economic development and territory, gender and multilevel governance, transitions, and democracy). She is the coordinator and a member of several research projects (JM, CERV, PRIN...) and has participated in numerous national and international conferences; she has published in various journals and is the author of three monographic studies. Additionally, she served as Director of the Department of Sociology and Law of Economics and as a member of the Academic Senate (2021-2024)
