Dr. Arunas Molis is a policy analyst at Lithuanian Military Academy, he also works at Ignitis Group - the largest energy company in the Baltic States. Until the end of 2021 he was Klaipeda LNG project executive at “KN Energies”, company which operates the first LNG terminal in the Baltic States. Before that he worked as an advisor to the President of Lithuania being responsible for energy affairs. Arūnas joined the team of President's advisers after a successful work at NATO ENSEC COE where he managed research projects aimed to raise energy awareness among the military personnel. Arūnas has experience working for the Baltic Defence College and Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence. He completed his international relations business and law related MA studies at various universities in Lithuania and Germany, graduated Strategic Management Executive Programme at Oxford University, defended his phd on European security and defence at Vilnius University. When he is not sharing his academic knowledge or improving energy regulation, Arūnas enjoys spending time at sport pitches either exercising or supporting his two sons, hopefully the future of Lithuanian football.
