Angela Russo

Angela Russo is a research fellow at the University of Bologna in Work and Organizational Psychology. She completed his PhD with a thesis on career sustainability. She is a member of the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP), the Italian Society for Vocational Guidance (SIO), the "Career counseling across the lifespan" Working Group of the Order of Psychologists of the Sicilian Region, and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP). She contributes to international research groups and serves as a reviewer for various international journals. Her research focuses on three areas: (1) analyzing the individual, organizational, and social factors that facilitate or hinder career sustainability, (2) developing and validating quantitative and qualitative tools for assessing psychological resources that influence career trajectories, and (3) designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions aimed at promoting the development of sustainable career paths and successful, active aging in the workplace.
