Angela is Postdoctoral Research Fellow and adjunct professor at the University of Bologna. She is associated with the Institute of Legal Informatics and Judicial Systems of the Italian National Research Council (IGSG-CNR).
Angela holds Master Degree in Law from the University of Bologna, an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution from King's College, London and a PhD in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Bologna. She has been admitted to the Bar in November 2021 (Court of Appeal of Bologna).
Her research interests focus on arbitration law, also in the comparative perspective, on a.d.r. and on online dispute resolution. Angela has been Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law (Scholarship 2022).
Angela is member of the research team of the Prin Project "University Dispute Resolution" funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – CUP J53D23006090006.
