Short Bio

After his PhD at the University of Florence, in co-tutorship with the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg (2009), Andrea has directed, or otherwise participated, in many research projects in national and international institutes (University of Cagliari, University of Trento, University of Pisa, University of Paris IV). In 2015 he has obtained a Marie Curie Individual Fellowship (H2020-MSCA-IF-2014) for conducting the research project TEACHPOL - "Freedom of Teaching and Political Control" (ID 657033) at the Thomas-Institute of the University of Cologne.

Since 2024: member of the doctoral college Philosophy, Science, Cognition, and Semiotics and member of the CETEFIL research center
