Since 2023: Works at OnitSmart S.r.l. Società Benefit, a subsidiary of Onit S.p.A. specializing in the development of custom projects for clients. Serves as Manager of the Development Team, which includes specialists in Web, Android, and iOS technologies.
From 2011 to 2023: Worked at Onit S.p.A. as Manager of the Custom Team, specializing in the development of tailored solutions for clients that could not be identified within any existing Onit products. Additionally, was involved in a research and development group aimed at standardizing and establishing new development standards for web applications. Was also responsible for the OnMyJob product, an integrated enterprise information system covering various business dynamics, from resource planning, ticketing, and activity reporting to production cost control and project profitability analysis.
From 2008 to 2011: Worked at Passepartout S.p.A. in the research and development department. Main activity was the evolution of a corporate framework that, starting from metadata, generated customizations in applications to adapt to different use case scenarios.
Since 2001: Serves as a consultant for the "La Romagnola" Social Cooperative Onlus, managing the digitized workflow of transportation services for disabled individuals that the cooperative provides in the province of Rimini on behalf of AUSL Romagna - Rimini.
