Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Teaching Tutor in Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Bologna Alma Mater Studiorum since 2024, he conducts research in the field of Comparative Public Law. His research interests are particularly focused on ecological constitutions, comparative constitutional and environmental law, and forms of state. He is currently centering his research on the topic of the Rights of Nature, particularly in the European and Latin American contexts.
Education
Graduated in Law (LMG/01) and in Public Administration Sciences (LM-63) at the Department of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Naples Federico II, he obtained a PhD in Comparative Public Law (IUS-21) at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" (IT), obtaining the title of Docteur en Droit, in international co-supervision of an Italian-French thesis with the University of Nantes (FR).
