Academic positions

  • From February 2023 to April 2024: Post-doc fellow at the ARCES research center. Research topic: Circuits and algorithms for analog computing based on PCM memories (Supervisor Prof. Eleonora Franchi Scarselli).
  • From November 2019 to January 2023: PhD student in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications and Information Technologies at the University of Bologna (XXXV cycle). Research topic: Analog architectures and circuit blocks for in-memory processing based on PCM memories (Supervisors: Prof. Antonio Gnudi and Prof. Eleonora Franchi Scarselli).

Education

  • PhD in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications and Information Technologies (XXXV cycle) obtained in March 2023 with a thesis entitled PCM-based analog in-memory computing: architectures, circuits and applications (supervisors Prof. Antonio Gnudi and Prof. Eleonora Franchi Scarselli).
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna obtained in March 2019 with a thesis entitled Study and creation of circuits for the synchronization of Wake-up Radio (supervisors Prof. Eleonora Franchi Scarselli, Prof. Antonio Gnudi, Dr. Francesco Renzini).
  • Bachelor Degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Bologna obtained in July 2016 with a thesis entitled Evaluation of the performance of multiple access networks based on Visible Light Communication (supervisors Prof. Barbara M. Masini, Dr. Alex Calisti).

Working activity
