After the Introduction to the Course by Prof. Rombolà and Transdisciplinary Outdoor Teachning activities in the heroic vineyard Cru AgroEcologia Romagna, where the iconic participatory wine Gastronomic Immersion Vendange Tardive is produced, the first Symposium "Transdisciplinary Viticulture for Healthy Wines et al.: Conviviality and Science" with the the Farm Study Case Fondo San Giuseppe, Brisighella (RA) (https://www.fondosangiuseppe.it/), presented by the grape grower Dott. Stefano Bariani. While discussing about Transdisciplinary Viticulture, the excellent wines of the farm will be shared by participants. The Farm hosted the thesis "The Terroir of Fondo San Giuseppe Farm" authored by the brilliant young enologist Carlo Campana. Veggy dishes prepared with spontaneous edible flowers and plants collected in the Agroecological Lighthouses of PASS prepared by our expert Ms. Luciana Mazzotti. Local agroecological wines, Gastronomic Immersion Vendange Tardive 2022. International guest: Food engineer Naciye Cicek from our Academic Partner Cukurova University (Adana, Turkey).
