Scientific and professional informations
- He graduated in Law at the University of Bologna with a degree in Private Law , entitled "The implementation of
monetary obligations".
- On 12 March 2004 he was
awarded a Ph.D. with honors in Civil Law at the Faculty of Legal
Sciences of the University of Bologna ( Title of thesis: " The acts
of ordinary and extraordinary administration in private law
").
- Since 2009, he is the holder of the Succession Law course at the
School of specialization in the legal profession " E. Redenti " in
Bologna .
- He has lectured in the field of training for lawyers, notaries,
accountants and lawyers of business, for over a thousand hours of
instruction.
Awards for scientific activity
In 2004 he was the winner of the prize Anassilaos Young (2004 ) for
Research , awarded at the headquarters of the Region of Calabria,
Reggio Calabria, September 18, 2004 .
On 22 June 2011 he won the XX edition of the " International Award
" International Association of C3 , given to him by the Mayor of
Rome Protomoteca in the hall of the Capitol.
From 1 January 2012, he is Scientific Director of the Master
and the Master IPSOA Altalex dedicated to the Law of succession
.
From 1 January 2013, he is Scientific Director of the Master
Altalex Responsibility of the debtor and Protection of the
assets.
