Born in 1987. Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Bologna in 2011. PhD in European Law and in Droit public from the Universities of Bologna and Strasbourg in 2015. Local parliamentary assistant to a Member of the European Parliament from 2010 to 2014. Research fellow in EU Law at the University of Bologna and adjunct professor in France, Italy and China from 2015 to 2018. Legal administrator and then legal secretary (référendaire) at the Court of Justice of the European Union from 2018 to 2024. Since October 2024, researcher (tenure track) in EU Law at the University of Bologna.
