Veronica Pastorino is a Ph.D. candidate at the department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Bologna and at the department of Geography, Planning, and Environment of the Radboud University.
She obtained a MA in Social and Cultural Anthropology at the Freie Universität Berlin and later worked as research assistant in the research department of the Expert Council of German Foundations on Integration and Migration (SVR) in Berlin.
She has conducted several research projects among NGOs and post-migratory social movement organizations composed of migrant descendant people in Italy and Germany.
Her research interests are: social movements, sociology of space, post-migration, post-national citizenship, youth activism.
