Matilde Catarina Guilhon

Matilde Guilhon is a postdoctoral researcher in Management. She received her PhD in Strategic Management from ESCP Business School (Paris, France) and was a visiting PhD student at MIT Sloan (Cambridge, USA). Her research examines the socio-cognitive implications of technological and market changes and how incumbents respond strategically. She also works on individual and organisational resilience.
