Learning outcomes
Knowledge and ability to understand the problems of the patient with Chronic Renal Failure and the possibilities of replacement of kidney function (artificial or natural); long-term follow-up and management of comorbidities.

1) Indications for kidney transplantation, surgical techniques
2) Vascular complications and monitoring
3) Urological complications and monitoring
4) Living donation: indications, techniques and complications

1CFU for 8 hours of frontal lessons
Assessment methods
-The end-of-course examination aims to assess the achievement of the teaching objectives, through the oral exposure of at least 1 or 2 subjects the learning of the program will be verified, Concerning Surgery and Surgical Complications of kidney transplantation within the MAU Integrated Course.
The student will expose their acquisitions on the required topics to at least 2 teachers.
The partial marks obtained on the above topics contribute to the final vote together with the partial marks obtained on the remaining programmes of the Intergrato MAU Course in a proportional way to the credits.
