Learning outcomes
At the end of the laboratory, the student:
- knows how to apply what was covered in the integrated course within a simulated learning environment;
- knows how to reflect critically in a group on the proposed topics.
Course contents
Examples of educational experiences for the development of motor competencies through the acquisition of gross and fine motor d skills applied in variable contexts.
The perception of the body in space-time orientation through variable teaching methods both individual and in pairs and in small groups. Stress to control static, dynamic and flight balance. Experiences also based on the exclusion of the visual channel (blind experiences).
Perception of the body in elementary (cadences) and complex (rhythmic structures) rhythmic activities applied to continuous, discrete and serial movement.
Competence in body mastery through experiences of multilateral control of movement in paths and playful applications based on the combination of basic skills, both free body and with small and big tools.
The approach to the use of small tools (fine motor skills) with particular reference to the ball tool. Perception and control of the ability in throwing, receiving, shooting and education in the use of intrinsic and extrinsic feedback. Experiences also based on the exclusion of the visual channel.
