Course contents
The workshop will examine the main tools for resolving disputes in the field of family law: assisted negotiation, family mediation and, in particular, the family unitary procedure, the rules of which will then have to be applied by the participants in the final mock trial.

Teaching methods
The workshop includes a first part of theoretical introduction, then participants will work on a practical case, writing the relevant court documents.
Assessment methods
The final test consists of a mock trial between teams, with qualifying rounds. The grade will be an expression of the commitment shown in class discussions and in the preparation of the mock trial.
