Learning outcomes

The student should know the different organizational models, the way to organize them and the role of the IT. The student should even know how to diagnostic and find positive solutions in cases of failure of the organizational systems. The student should even know the main elements of the retribution and of work contracts.

Assessment methods

Attending students (those who participate in group work will be considered attending) will be eligible for a test weighing 50% on the final grade. The test will consist of:

1/2 short open-ended questions; 1/2 open-ended questions.

The overall assessment will take into consideration the group work. Specifically, the evaluation of it will follow the following weights:

20% classroom participation and collaboration

30% presentation, research, quality of work

For non-attending students, the test will follow the same proportion but will cover the entire text Buonocore - Montanari.

Evaluation criteria:

18-23: sufficient preparation and analytical skills but related to a limited number of topics covered in the course, use of overall correct language;

24-27: technically adequate preparation but with some limitations with respect to the topics covered, good analytical skills, although not particularly articulate, expressed in correct language;

28-30: excellent knowledge of a wide range of topics covered in the course, good analytical and critical skills, mastery of specific terminology;

30L: excellent and very thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the topics covered in the course, ability to analyze critically and make connections, mastery of specific terminology.
