Learning outcomes

By the end of the lessons, students will gain an understanding of the epistemological aspects of nursing, the main models and theories of nursing, the methods, and the main disciplinary application tools. They will also be familiar with the evolution of the professionalization process and the ethical, deontological, and legislative aspects relevant to professional practice.

Teaching methods

Interactive lectures, discussions, and group work.

Assessment methods

The exam, which will focus on the integration of knowledge of Phylogeny and Methodology (assessment), will be oral.

Oral exam: the purpose of the oral exam is to verify the student's ability to apply his/her knowledge and to make the necessary logical-deductive connections inherent to the topics of the course.

Grading:

  • Analysis ability that emerges only with the help of the teacher, expression in overall correct language → 18-19;
  • Autonomous analysis ability, expression in correct language → 20-24;
  • Ability to carry out critical analysis, and mastery of specific terminology → 25-29;
  • Ability to perform critical analysis and connection, full mastery of specific terminology, and ability to argue and self-reflect → 30-30 cum laude

The evaluation will be averaged with the evaluations of the other modules making up the Integrated Course

The test will be carried out according to the indications contained in the University regulations (which you are invited to consult) and according to any other indications provided by the academic bodies.
