Teaching methods

The course includes multiple teaching methods.

Alongside theoretical lessons, there will be interactive sessions and group work, with case studies to be solved in class, using the materials provided by the teacher before and during the classes.

In this way, students will not only acquire the theoretical knowledge needed to navigate the field of agri-food law but will also gain practical knowledge that will enhance their problem-solving skills.

Assessment methods

The assessment consists of a single written exam, composed of three questions: two theoretical questions related to the topics covered in class and a third question concerning a legal case or an exercise addressed in class, chosen by the student.

The following grading scheme will be used for evaluation:

18-23: The student demonstrates sufficient preparation and analytical skills, though only on some of the topics covered in the course. The overall language is correct.

24-27: The student shows adequate technical preparation, with some uncertainties on the topics. Analytical skills are good but not in-depth, and the use of language is correct.
