The course is intended to analyse the legal aspects and the internal governance of social enterprises as well as their relationship agreements with public and local health authorities

Teaching methods

Although attendance is not mandatory, students are welcome to attend lectures because they will have the opportunity of comprehending some of the contents of the Text Book.

Assessment methods

 

Final examination will be oral and it will be aimed at evaluating students' level of understanding and critical analysis of the course's contents.

Teaching tools

Bibliography, papers, links to relevant research projects and official documents, as well as power point presentations will be made available to students on the course's website.
