B. LABORATORY (60 H)
The annual theme of the course is represented by the design of a building intended as a residence according to a compositional scheme indicated by the teacher and placed in a lot with defined dimensional and morphological characteristics. The tables are in A1 format according to the specifications given by the course teachers.

Teaching methods
Theory modules conducted with classroom lectures.
Workshop on construction principles, with practical examples. Architectural design of a building, with elaboration of construction details; explanations and reviews are conducted in the classroom.
Assessment methods
The laboratory part is evaluated both by ex tempore carried out in the classroom and by a verification of the outcomes of the project activity consisting of the reading of graphic works and referring to the annual theme of the course.
The temporal validity of the laboratory activity is limited to the six calls scheduled for the academic year of reference.
