Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student possesses the knowledge and ability to understand the main theories of learning and communication processes in order to establish with the patient, with his / her close and with other professionals, a conscious relationship inspired by ' the idea of a lifelong education.
Course contents
The course aims to guide the student's attention towards the elements of complexity in educational and care relationships. In particular, will be explored the contribution of pedagogy and educational sciences to the care professions; interpersonal communication in care settings and relationships between colleagues; principal coordinates analysis and methodological aspects that enable effective communication.
