The course contents consist of the management processes of a company, through a simulation software. All company functions are managed in an active way, leading the participants [1] to work in groups, [2] to make decisions under pressure, [3] to read and cope with competitive dynamics.
Readings/Bibliography
It is required to read the simulation software guide, which will be provided during the first lesson.
Teaching methods
The business game is based in group work (data analysis and decision making, remotely) and periodic discussion with the teacher (feedback and explanations, in the classroom).
Assessment methods
The effectiveness of the work is measured by the economic results and ranking achieved within the simulation platform.
Each group is required to compile periodic reports on the assessments and choices made.
