Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student is able to understand the different aspects of organizational design and structures. At the end of the course the student is able to read and interpret some of the phenomena of the corporate organizational culture and change.

Assessment methods
There are two ways of verifying the learning level:
1) The student can choose to take two partial tests, one at the middle of the course and one at the end of the course.
The first partial test will focus on the first part, while the second test will cover the arguments developed during the second part.
2) The student can choose to take only one test at the end on the contents of the entire course.
In addition, students can choose whether or not to participate in two group works during the course.
For students who are NOT able to participate in group work, the assessment will be 100% based on the final exam consisting of several multiple choice and open-ended questions.
For students participating in group work, the assessment will be 30% based on group work and 70% based on the final exam consisting of several multiple choice and open-ended questions.
Student learning evaluation grid
- <18: inadequate preparation;
- 18-23: sufficient theoretical knowledge, analytical skills, and correct language;
- 24-27: good theoretical knowledge, ability to analyze and critical reasoning, use of the specific terminology of the subject;
- 28-30: very good theoretical knowledge, in-depth analysis, and critical reasoning skills, use of the specific terminology of the subject;
- 30 cum Laude: excellent level in all dimensions of learning, analysis, reasoning, and communication.
