At the end of the module, the student possesses the necessary skills for the analysis of professional responsibility problems from an ethical and legal point of view.

  • Offenses against life and personal safety - The causal relationship
  • Offenses against personal freedom
  • Legal obligations of healthcare professionals
  • Criminal and civil liability in the exercise of the profession
  • Consent, refusal, and waiver of treatment. Shared care planning
