Learning outcomes
Teaching concerns the composite sector of the supplementary criminal law that deals with economic activity. The discipline, traditionally qualified as "Commercial Criminal Law", has progressively been extended in the last century by the original sectors of bankruptcy law (Article 216 and Legislative Decree No. 267/1942, "Bankruptcy Law") and Of the criminal law of the company (Articles 2621 et seq.), Both of the nineteenth-century codex, other aspects of economic activity or its effects; The tax law, the bank, the protection of labor and workers, financial intermediation and the stock exchange, the environment; Up to generating additional subordinate systems with relative autonomy (such as criminal law law and labor law), all of which can be attributed to its units through the "context" in which illicit activities are normally carried out: the enterprise .
Course contents
Teaching will address the main topics of corporate crimes: white collar crimes, bankruptcy, corporate liability, market abuse crimes.
