At the end of the course, the student is able to understand the different aspects of organizational design and structures. At the end of the course the student is able to read and interpret some of the phenomena of the corporate organizational culture and change.

Assessment methods
For students who cannot participate in group work, the assessment will be 100% based on the final exam consisting of some closed-ended questions and of short cases to be analyzed and then answer to closed-ended questions.
For students participating in group work, the evaluation will be 30% based on these former and 70% based on the final exam consisting of some closed-ended questions and a of short cases to be analyzed and then answer to closed-ended questions.
