Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will know the main theoretical models and the main techniques of good communication in interpersonal relations, i.e. self and other's awareness, assertive communication, emotional focusing
Course contents
The course will be focused on relationship and emotion in interaction. The following topics will be specifically addressed:
- motivations and functions of relations
- Transactional Analysis
- listening, empathy and awareness
- assertivity and emotions
