Learning outcomes
The seminar reviews the history of Welfare State in the most important European countries and USA, and analyses the problems which characterize the main sectors of this institution, putting particular emphasis on the contrast between the orthodox approach and the Neo-Liberist view, which dominates the field nowadays.
