Learning outcomes
In view of the characteristics of Master of Science, the course aims to impart knowledge concerning the regulation of the business, in the individual and collective forms.
Course contents
L'impresa - L'imprenditore commerciale - Le società
- Le società di persone - Le società di
capitali (arguments coincide with those treated in the two
manuals recommended, every chapter included).
The arguments are the same for students who follow
the Italian-French course and for ERASMUS students /
OVERSEAS students.
For students who must take the exam ATTIVITÀ INTEGRATIVE DI
DIRITTO COMMERCIALE (6 CFU) or DIRITTO COMMERCIALE II (7 CFU), given the basic
knowledge they have acquired, the syllabus of the course
corresponds to that of DIRITTO DEI MERCATI FINANZIARI.

Teaching methods
The course will be held in two semesters. Lessons will be traditional lectures. The first semester will focus on the discipline of the firm and the partnerships. The second one will be focused into companies. 20 hours of lessons will be focused on the law of listed companies.
Prerequisites This examination may be taken only after you have passed the exams of Private Law and Constitutional Law.Assessment methods
Classes will be held in the first and second semester. Therefore,
those who obtain the certificate of attending students may take the
exam in the month of May. The exam will be taken in oral
form.
Thesis We recommend that you schedule time for the
request of the thesis.
Teaching tools
The use of the Civil Code is fundamental, so during the lessons, as over the individual study. Therefore, it is advisable to adopt an updated version.
