Learning outcomes
The seminar is aimed at providing students with appropriate cognitive and analytical tools on the internationalization of constitutional law, the constitutionalization of international law and the globalization of categories of public law.

The internationalization of constitutional law
The common constitutional law: the paths of contemporary constitutionalism after World War II
The Roman Roots of European Law
Principles and Comparison: Criminal Law
Globalization, homogenization of law and soft law tools
Principles and Rules of International Law of the Economy
Democracy and international relations
General and common principles of criminal procedural law, between international community and domestic order

Teaching methods
The analysis of the matter is conducted through the constant reference to the Italian and foreign constitutional jurisprudence and having regard to the interaction between domestic constitutional legal systems and supranational legal systems, particularly that of the European Union and of the European Convention on Human Rights, both under the normative and jurisprudential point of view.
Assessment methods
The allocation of credits is based on the detection of the frequency of the lectures.
Teaching tools
The lectures are conducted through the constant interaction between professors of different disciplines, especially constitutional law, comparative law, international law, criminal law, criminal procedure law.
