Learning outcomes

At the end of the course students are acquainted with the European and international institutions active in the field of social and labour law. (S)he has knowledge of the penitent legal instruments and rules and the way in which these are made effective in the domestic legal order. (S)he masters the basic concepts and material sources of European and international labour law.

Course contents

The course is divided in 2 modules. Module 1 addresses the foundations of International Law and the main internazional organization operating in the field of labour law (ILO, WTO, ECHR, etc.). Module 2 deals with the free circulation of EU and non-EU workers.
