Learning outcomes

At the end of the course students will achieve an in-­depth knowledge of the rules and regulations governing entrepreneurial activities and business organizations. Students of the Laurea Magistrale will also achieve an in-depth knowledge of the major bankruptcy procedures.

The regulation of entrepreneurial activity - Competition law - 

The law of business organizations - Bankruptcy law (only for students of the Laurea Magistrale)

Teaching methods

Classes held by the course teacher. The goal is to provide students with an in­-depth understanding of the rules and regulations governing entrepreneurial activity and business organizations.

Assessment methods

Oral exam at the end of the course. Students will be asked to discuss two or three different topics of the course program.  

Teaching tools

Textbook and slides. For an active and fruitful class participation, use of an updated civil code, complemented with the most important business legislation, is encouraged.
