31897 - Criminal Labour Law

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student knows the  constitutional and legalprinciples in criminal matters with particular regard to their application in the field of labor law. He can describe with appropriate language the  legal institutions he's studied and he's  able to read  properly the Penal Code.

Course contents

The course is organized in two phases. The first is dedicated to the acquisition of the meaning, the essence and the main institutions of the criminal law and has a preparatory function necessarily with respect to the second phase. The second part of the course analyzes the essential contents of the penal provisions relating to employment with particular emphasis on theoretical  and interpretativelines  and most relevant  criminal offenses.

Teaching methods

Lessons lectures with significant judicial examination of cases

Assessment methods

The verification will take place in oral form. a special exam will be provided for attending.
The exam will be addressed to ensure the learning and understanding of the arguments.It will concern two matters of general part and a matter of special part

Teaching tools

Students must be in possession of a penal code with complementary legislation  even during class time
