Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to navigate the many different disciplines of individual sports, identify the special characteristics and define the performance. They must also demonstrate to know the rules, equipment, technical and tactical aspects for beginners about the examined sports and teaching principles, as well as providing methods of basic training.
Course contents
Foundamentals of teaching related to the different individual
sports, such as precision, situational, endurance, power, with
animals, multi-disciplinary, artistic. Didactics in gymnastics and
in one additional sport (choosen among sailing, judo, roller
skating).

Teaching methods
The course includes classroom lectures and laboratory
exercises.
Power-point presentations will be available via the internet.
Assessment methods
Written and Oral examination to assess the learning of the various aspects of the subject and evaluate the critical capacity of students.
The laboratory exercise evaluation will be considered for the final score, in addition to the mentioned written and oral examination.
