Learning outcomes
The target of the course is the providing to the students of the basic knowledge to understand the organization as cognitive synthesis and its implications for the business governance. This synthesis shows deep differences existing in the evaluation of strategic and operative area. At the end of the course the student will be able to understand the organizational problems concerning these two areas and to apply analytical tools on the understanding and management of organizational structures and processes together with the evaluation of their performances.

Teaching methods
Frontal lectures together with seminars, expert evidences and cases analysis referring to the most advanced experiences of networking management and international project work
Assessment methods
Written test (composed by open questions, multiple choices and exercises)
As required by the academic regulations, there are
two partial tests (first and second partial test) and 3 total tests
(for the official dates of the calls, see the website of the School
of Economics, Management and Statistics of Forlì).
If the student decides to take the test by participating in the
partial tests, the student can participate to the second partial
test only if he/she has passed the first one. The final evaluation,
published with reference to the list of subscribers to the second
partial test consists of the arithmetic average of the evaluations
obtained in the two partial tests and concerns, of course, the
examination in its entirety.
To do the exam is required to be enrolled through the procedure
online, in compliance with
mandatory deadlines.
The vision of the test and verbalization takes place on the date set and indicated in Almaesami.
