Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student should have the knowledge to:
- develop skills profiles,
- formulating learning goals,
- select learning activities appropriate to design and implement core curriculum based on the principles and theories of education,
- revise the curriculum basing on social anda caring trends
The student will learn the principles and rules of Continuing Medical Education, know specific tools and have experience about Individual or Group Educational Folder

Course contents

Module 1: educational theories, methods and tools for primary education, training curriculum and training for adults
Module 2: taxonomies of objectives and skills
Module 3: relationship between skills-outcome and training curriculum
Module 4: lifelong learning in the workplace: the ECM training in health
Module 6: the planning of the training
Module 7: educational folder, form skills and competences-analysis to performance/relapse evaluation
