Course contents

Angiographic anatomy on: Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance and Interventional. Thoracic Aorta, pulmonary arteries and carotid. Abdominal vessels: abdominal Aorta, mesenteric arteries, tripod and renal arteries. TECHNICAL STUDY. DILATED ARTERY DISEASE: ANEURYSMS. Morphology, topography, structure, symptomatology and complications. TSA PATHOLOGY. Classification, atherosclerotic lesions stenosis, occlusions and plaque morphology Atherosclerotic lesions tortuosity narrowings: fibrous dysplasia and dissections. Aneurysms and tumors of the carotid body. Angiographic anatomy: arteries feet, talk of the arteries, veins, upper extremity arteries and lower extremity arteries. TECHNICAL STUDY. STENO – OBSTRUCTIVE PATHOLOGY: chronic obstructive disease, etiology, topography, risk factors and critical ischemia. ACUTE PATHOLOGY( acute ischemia ): embolism, thrombosis and trauma. RADIOLOGY . Extravascular Interventional Radiology: Computed Tomography and ultrasound guided. Biliary drainage, nephrostomy, drainage of collections and abscesses. Needle biopsy techniques and needle aspiration. Guided interventional Magnetic Resonance.
