Learning outcomes

In view of the characteristics of Master of Science, the course aims to impart knowledge concerning the regulation of the business, in the individual and collective forms. The course will focus also on the regulation of debt securities.

Course contents

L'impresa - L'imprenditore commerciale - Le società - Le società di persone - Le società di capitali - I titoli di credito.   

The arguments are the same for students who follow the Italian-French course.

For students who must take the exam ATTIVITÀ INTEGRATIVE DI DIRITTO COMMERCIALE or DIRITTO COMMERCIALE II, given the basic knowledge they have acquired, the syllabus of the course corresponds to that of DIRITTO DEI MERCATI FINANZIARI. 
For ERASMUS students / OVERSEAS students the program is limited to the following topics: L'impresa - L'imprenditore commerciale - Le società - Le società di persone - Le società di capitali.

Teaching methods

The course will be held in two semesters. The first semester will focus on the discipline of the company and the company of people. In the second we will delve into joint-stock companies and the regulation of debt securities.


Assessment methods

Classes will be held in the first and second semester. Therefore, those who obtain the certificate of attending students may take the exam in the month of May. The exam will be done in oral form. 

Prerequisites  This examination may be taken only after you have passed the exams of Private Law and Constitutional Law.

Thesis  We recommend that you schedule time for the request of the thesis.
