Basic/fundamental topics of psychosocial and organizational research.
Research methods for psychosocial and organizational studies.
Carrying out a psychosocial and organizational research.

Professors will suggest books and papers at the beginning of the course

Teaching methods

Teaching methods will be lectures, in-class exercises,  case study, active methodology, assignment on papers from mass media and scientific journals. Attendance at every class is expected and is monitored.

Assessment methods

Students attending classes will have to deliver the following products:

1) A paper showing the results of statistical analyses conducted in order to compute different statistical indicators, by using Spss.

2) A reaction paper, on one of the methods described in the classes (maximum lenght 3 pages)

3) A position paper, in which the student will describe a literature review and will design a resesarch study (maximum lenght 15 pages).
