32525 - Joint Intensive Learning Unit (Winter School) II

Academic Year 2010/2011

  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures
  • Campus: Cesena
  • Corso: Second cycle degree programme (LM) in Work, organization, personnel psychology & services (cod. 0992)

Learning outcomes

This teaching activity is reserved to students of the Master Mundus WOP- Program. It is under the responsibility of Prof. Salvatore Zappala'.

At the end of the master programme, the student, as a future professional, needs to be able to integrate research and practice. The development of his/her professional competencies will be in a large part related to this ability to integrate research and practice. By this we refer to:

- be able to diagnose the research dimensions of some problems posed by persons, groups and organizations in different work settings.

- deal with practical problems in relation to the criteria of the development of scientific knowledge (hypothesis, test, proof,…)

- integrate theoretical and methodological research results all along the diagnosis and the solving of practical problems

- develop a constant interest for the progress of research in the field of WOP-P.

Then this didactical activity is not a traditional course but a “reflection space” to facilitate the task to integrate theory and practice.
